Medical Receptionist – Homeopathy

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and waitlists, ensuring continuity of care and timely scheduling of recommended visits
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients via reception desk, phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Conduct basic pre-assessment screening, identify urgent or acute cases, and coordinate promptly with the doctor
• Prepare prescriptions and medical reports as instructed, subject to physician review and approval
• Assist patients with medicine sourcing and provide clear instructions on medicine intake
• Prepare homeopathy medicines when required, following clinic protocols
• Track, process, and follow up on insurance claim forms, including those for online or remote patients
• Address patient inquiries and concerns professionally, delivering a consistently high standard of customer service

Candidate Requirements

• Medical background preferred (e.g., Nursing, Medical Assistant, Healthcare Administration, or related field)
• Prior experience in a medical receptionist or clinical coordination role
• Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to perform under pressure
• Professional demeanor with a patient-centric mindset
• Tagalog speaker is highly preferred
